Creative Alchemist
Kat’s a photographer, improv facilitator, and consultant with a penchant for connection.

With over 20 years of experience with Improv and over a decade working as a professional photographer, plus a background in advertising and years of experience as an Art Director and Graphic Designer, Kat approaches each project with an open mind, an artful eye, and a focus on getting results.
Meagan Novara
Restorative Practices and SEL Educator
Meagan Novara has been facilitating Restorative Practices for over 17 years. Her work focuses on building a Restorative culture within communities, organizations and institutions through a lens of collectivism and with investments in relationships.
She is currently working as a Restorative Practices Coach for District 21 in Wheeling, where she facilitates hundreds of Proactive Sharing Circles with students K-8 and brings people together to repair harm and strengthen relationships.


Sumukhi Kristina Lanuza
Yoga Instructor
Sumukhi Kristina Lanuza leads yoga from the perspective of helping people access freedom in their body, mind and soul.

In parallel with a corporate career in design, marketing and product development she has taught yoga, owned yoga studios and led multiple yoga teacher trainings since the late 90s. Sumukhi’s classes are filled with Sanskrit chanting, meditation, laughter and relaxation.
Herman D'Hooge
Inquisitive Non-Linearist
Herman is an Innovation consultant and adjunct professor of Futures-Centered Design and Strategy & Foresight.
The widely diverse roles Herman has held during his 35 years in high-tech innovation have shaped him into equal parts scientist (evidence based), engineer (practical and action oriented), and designer (human centered) with a passion for teaching. His current interest revolves around aspects of the people, the teams and the organizations that do the work and the conditions for their success.


Laura P. Barker
Closet Curator & Personal Stylist
Laura P. Barker is a closet curator and personal stylist with a quality over quantity philosophy. Her mission is to help women curate a closet they love to wear so they can celebrate who they are today and who they are becoming. Laura helps women clarify what they really want to wear, let go of what no longer works, recommends new key pieces to fill in the gaps and puts it all together so they can feel inspired and confident.
